Window Maintenance & Enhancement – York University
York University enlisted the assistance of our engineers to undertake maintenance to 4 windows, that had a number of issues relating to wear and tear, located in The Borthwick Institute.
Our teams replaced shrunken window gasket that can sometimes occur after a number of years of gasket being in use and in direct contact with sunlight.
All moving parts were lubricated and new window restriction devices were fitted to each window, to limit the opening distance of each window vent.
The works were carried out efficiently, with minimal disruption to our client, or the building’s users.
