Our maintenance engineers have just completed a full facade water ingress inspection, at St Catherine’s School in Bolton. The investigation was commissioned by Kier Construction and incorporated the use of high level, specialist access equipment.
Issues with identified with glazing interface details in a number of locations, in addition to ‘glazed-in’ louvres.
At this stage our engineers were commissioned to produce a report with recommendations, but expect to be engaged to complete the required works in due course.
