Dortech maintenance was contacted by ESS Modular to assist them in a modular building extension to Oldham Academy North. The works entailed the removal of 15 ceramic glass units and replacement with insulated panels.
Once the new modular extension was in place, our engineers finished of their works with a number of bespoke flashings and cills.
Special consideration had to be given to accommodating water drainage from the new building extension in the flashing and cill design.
All works were completed during the course of two visits and our client was delighted with the quality of our workmanship!
