Our maintenance engineers have just completed water-testing to all roof lights at Huddersfield latest sport centre, Kirklees Leisure.
The water testing was conducted in accordance with the guidelines set out in Technical Note No. 10
site testing for water tightness and Technical Note No. 41 Site testing for water tightness.
The purpose is to ensure that glazing to curtain wall and glazed roof lights has been installed correctly, interfaces are robust and there are no issues that could allow water ingress to occur in the future.
Kirklees Leisure Centre has been constructed by BAM Construction and is due to open in the coming weeks.
